Refund policy

If the products do not conform in quality or quantity to the description reported in the order confirmation, we will collect and replace the products of ours expenses.

If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must send it to Barber First specific request by email (send email to "info@hcforniture.it") no later than 14 days from delivery.

No product will be accepted unless by prior agreement and on condition that the goods come returned intact and still in its original packaging, shipped by any means please contact: "Hair City Srl, Località Pantano 9, 00060 Sant'Oreste RM", with attachment copy of the invoice.

The costs and risks associated with transport are borne by the customer. All packages sent without prior agreement will be rejected as well as packages in cash on delivery or carriage forward. Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the customer: - the amount paid including any shipping costs in the case of a total return - the amount paid excluding any shipping costs in the case of a partial return however, the shipping costs for the return will remain at the expense of the consumer of the articles.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made (unless otherwise request from the customer).
Alternatively, and at the customer's request, the products covered by the
right of withdrawal may be replaced with others indicated by the customer himself, firm remaining the payment of the new shipping costs always borne by the buyer. Barber First also offers a goods collection service at the price of € 15.00.

This amount will be deducted directly from the refund due. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that by their nature are likely to alter or deteriorate rapidly or due to lack of integrity of the asset and customized products
