Neutralizer for milk protein perms. Neutralizes and stabilizes waviness.

Use: after rinsing the Tuttowave waving fluid thoroughly with tiedo-hot water, dab the excess water with a towel. Pour 80 ml of neutralizer into a measuring bottle and apply on all curlers starting from the back.

Processing time: 5 min. Unwind the curlers from your hair and apply the remaining product for another 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water and proceed with styling. Avoid contact with eyes. Contains hydrogen peroxide. Wear appropriate gloves.
